Wedding Fever

The billion-dollar-per-year industry festivity is now over. Weddings happen through out the year but most happen during the spring and summer season. I was honored to be a part of multiple weddings this past summer. It ranged from strangers, acquaintances, friend of a friend, to my middle school best friend. No, I was not the maid of honor, bridesmaid, or wedding coordinator.

I was the makeup artist and hair stylist.

To me, this is role is critical because I plan this part with the bride every step of the way, if not, more. This process consists of months of correspondence, a trial, and the day of service. My job is to make the bride feel comfortable and beautiful in her own skin. You should look yourself on your special day, just enhanced.

    Lovely photos. I would be marrying in the next month at the local garden themed event space NYC! I'm so excited but quite stressed planning my own wedding day. Finding the suitable ideas is quite difficult and even the vendors are very expensive these days. Hoping to have a budget friendly ceremony.
