FAME FRIDAY: Lauren Conrad

There's something you should know about me. I am HUGE fan of Lauren Conrad.

Some may view her as a reality TV star from "Laguna Beach", and some may see her as the broken-hearted girl from "The Hills". However, I see her as something more: she is my ultimate fashion icon, an author, a stylist, and a role model. She makes everything look so effortless and elegant.

I also religiously follow her blog that her and team of people put on. It's called The Beauty Department.

I found a picture of her on Pinterest and loved the effortless light chilly Fall day attire with her and my other love, coffee. I decided to re-create the look.

A fake bob

The leaves are changing, the degrees are dropping, and it's getting darker outside.

Step 1 - Spray the root of the crown with Suave Dry Shampoo and lightly tease to get some volume. 

Step 2 - Section hair off using a rat tail comb and curl the entire head using Hot Tools 1" curling iron 

Step 3 - Spray all around with Sebastian Shape Plus hairspray

Step 4 - Pin hair underneath the hair at the nape of the neck with bobby pins 

Step 5 - Use hairspray once again to set the hair in place
